Simulation of establishing chemical equilibrium using a spreadsheet

Abstract

There are many simulations about how a chemical reaction, provided the established conditions, can reach a situation of dynamic equilibrium. In the present study we will show how, taking as a basis one of these simulations, we design a spreadsheet that shows how the concentrations of the components of a system change, from an initial situation of non-equilibrium, to a final one of equilibrium.
