Supramolecular polymers Organized, complex and functional structures

Abstract

Herein, we review the most significant concepts and terms in the field of supramolecular polymers as well as we collect some of the most outstanding applications of these organized structures in different research areas. In addition, we show, in an educational and summarized manner, some of the most relevant achievements of our research group. Thus, we show some relevant examples of transfer of chirality and chiral amplification and kinetically controlled supramolecular polymerizations that mimic some important natural events or that are relevant in materials science.
